Job Description:
The Billing Representative is responsible for supporting accurate and timely billing operations with third-party billers. This role ensures invoices are processed correctly by managing billing queues, validating documentation, utilizing billing platforms, and following up on missing information to prevent delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor billing email queues to ensure timely responses and issue resolution.
- Process invoices accurately in accordance with company standards and third-party billing requirements.
- Review, clear, and validate billing documents before invoice submission.
- Handle billing activities through third-party platforms and tools, including TriumphPay, WFAI, and QuickPay.
- Communicate with agents and brokers to confirm customers’ billing instructions and payment requirements.
- Proactively follow up with third-party billers, internal teams, agents, brokers, and stakeholders on missing or incomplete documentation.
- Ensure all billing information is complete, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
- Identify billing discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
- Support continuous improvement of billing processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Experience working with third-party billers is a plus.
- Familiarity with billing platforms and tools such as TriumphPay, WFAI, and QuickPay is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and email management tools.
