Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Specialist to join our team permanently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and collections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Include generating invoices, reconciling accounts, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and send out accurate invoices to clients on time
- Reconcile billing accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections
- Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless billing operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients regarding billing issues
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement

Required Skills:
-Proficiency in processing documents, Billing Customer Invoices, and Accounting Software/Tools like QuickBooks, SAP, ascend TMS, or similar systems.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Paperwork Auditing, strong attention to detail, and Data Accuracy.
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist for a Logistics company or in a similar role.
