Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Development Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance business processes and improve system efficiencies. This position will support all aspects of the Business Development Department in creating and producing formal requests for proposal, quotes, and information for internal business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the company's network of agencies and salespeople in the maintenance and growth of their business.
• Provide analytical support for activities related to developing new and/or existing business.
• Analyze customer RFP requirements and data to assist in the development of a pricing proposal and submission.
• RFP management and proposal response development for customers ’ RFQs, RFP’s and RFI’s and other new business opportunities.
• Maintain the RFI/RFP schedule.
• Online RFP execution through various customer bid platforms.
• Interact with various internal departments, including, but not limited to, sales, operations, and product line teams.
• CRM management.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by putting all customers (internal and external) first and displaying focus and patience.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines, attention to detail, as well as proven analytical ability
• People skills – the ability to establish effective working relationships across multiple groups. Strong customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Math skills are a must.
• Strong Excel skills, specifically VLookup and large spreadsheet manipulation
• Proficiency with MS Office software (Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications)
