Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates for logistics positions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics roles and the skills required for success in these positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
