Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Data Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our operational processes and leveraging data to drive informed business decisions. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrier & Claims Support: Assist with carrier vetting, safety compliance reviews, and follow-ups on claims documentation and resolution.
• Project Follow-Up: Manage and track follow-ups with vendors and partners, escalating blockers as needed.
• Reporting & Data Analytics Support: Help create and maintain dashboards, build recurring reports, assist in data modeling, and flag gaps or inaccuracies in data.
• Admin & Ops Coordination: Keep SOPs up to date, run system audits, and help coordinate meeting notes and project updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-1–3 years in logistics, ops coordination, or data roles
- Google Workspace, Excel, SQL, Access, Tableau, etc
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with TMS systems (like Revenova)
- Experience with claims
