Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team permanently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to improve the logistics operations and skills of our staff. This role requires a deep understanding of logistics processes and the ability to effectively communicate complex information.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement training programs for logistics personnel.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff at various levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to logistics teams to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare training materials, manuals, and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:
-Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer
-With excellent English communication skills
-Experienced in virtual/in-person classroom facilitation, management, and content delivery
-Highly proficient in MS Office, Google Suite
-Canva and other related resources for creating training materials
-Knowledgeable in creating training materials, such as presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules that align with organizational goals.
-Can easily collaborate with departmental heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant and meets business objectives.
-Experience in using programs to monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and employee progress, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
-Certified to facilitate one-on-one coaching and ongoing support to employees to reinforce learning and encourage development.

Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-5 years experience in logistics or related field, with at least 2 years in a training role.
