Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auto Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics of vehicle transportation and distribution. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of logistics processes within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Load Management
  • Post loads in Autonation○
  • Perform track and trace (TT) for Autonation shipments ○
  • Update ETA records through the Autonation website
• MMI Customer Communication
  • Conduct delivery surveys by calling customers
  • Perform follow-up calls a few days post-delivery for service verification
• Unigroup – Track and Trace○
  • Monitor and update shipment statuses
  • ○ Ensure timely and accurate tracking for Unigroup loads
• Platform Management
  • Utilize SuperDispatch for dispatching and load tracking
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation across platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in auto transport or logistics coordination is required
• Strong verbal communication skills for customer and partner interaction
• High attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
• Proficiency in logistics platforms such as Autonation, SuperDispatch, Salesforce, and similar tools ( Preferred but not required)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive in addressing tasks

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
