Job Description:

We seek a dedicated and experienced Account Manager/Client Relationship Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and nurture client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Great and Overall understanding of Logistics, Brokers, and Supply Chain is a must.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail
