Job Summary:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Carrier Relations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with our carrier partners, ensuring efficient and effective communication, and negotiating favorable terms. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily overrides by all staff and request missing documents.
- Communicate with outside insurance companies, agents, and carriers.
- Request exclusions/property not covered by an insurance agency.
- Request updated certificates listing exclusions.
- Analyze MC checks as they come in. Respond immediately as to whether or not the carrier qualifies or what documents are needed for reinstatement.
- Run and analyze the CW
-Assign/JTS Watch/Drayage Reports weekly.
- Work with other divisions on projects as assigned.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics. 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in a similar role is required.
