We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented FTL (Full Truckload) Track and Trace Specialist to join our logistics team in Cowan. The ideal candidate will monitor and track full truckload shipments, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track FTL shipments from origin to destination.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and customers to provide real-time updates on shipment status.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transit. - Maintain accurate records of shipment details and status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Analyze tracking data to identify patterns and areas for improvement

• Strong knowledge of FTL transportation and logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using tracking and logistics software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
