Job Description

Position: Permanent Sales Agent/Cold Caller (Belize Location)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers
- Build and maintain a customer database
- Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies

Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in sales or cold calling is preferred
