Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, ensuring reliability and availability.
- Implement security measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access and threats.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:
- Proficient in SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization, with advanced EDI, TCP/IP, and Power BI knowledge.
- Expertise in TCP/IP Sockets, XML, Table-to-Table data transfer, along with experience in barcode scanning using RF hardware, including Intermec, LXE, Motorola, and Symbol devices.
- Experienced in Koerber, RedPrairie (JDS), Manhattan Associates, and various voice software systems.
