Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract Belize CSR to join our team. The successful candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, effective communication skills, great problem-solving acumen, and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve problems effectively and efficiently - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide support and assistance to customers with product-related inquiries - Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required - Meet and exceed performance standards and targets
Requirements: - 3 years of professional experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software platforms. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in English is required.
