Job Description

We are seeking a permanent Drayage Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong logistics, transportation, and supply chain management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the movement of cargo shipments from ports to warehouses or distribution centers
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays in the shipment process
- Maintain accurate records of all drayage operations activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation role, preferably focusing on Drayage operations.
- Familiarity with TMS and proficiency in using related software applications.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and timeliness in data entry and record keeping.
