Position: LTL Invoice Resolution Specialist

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled LTL Invoice Resolution Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving any billing disputes or issues related to Less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. The LTL Invoice Resolution Specialist will work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely and accurate billing.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze LTL shipment invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve billing disputes or issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues related to LTL shipments
- Maintain accurate records of all billing-related activities
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders - Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in LTL invoice resolution or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- All items related to LTL invoice dispute/resolution, experience with LTL pricing and invoices, surcharges, LTL Carriers
