We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Carrier Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and a thorough understanding of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with carriers to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions for our customers
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with carriers
- Identify and onboard new carriers to expand our network
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient transportation operations
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to management to optimize pricing and profitability

Requirements:
- Freight brokerage knowledge, mainly in FTL and Drayage.
-Develop strategic relationships with key carriers and stakeholders.
-Experience in negotiations with Carriers and onboarding Carrier Packets/compliance.
-Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
