Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Track & Trace / Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and tracing all shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and communicating with customers and carriers to ensure smooth operations. The candidate will also be responsible for dispatching drivers and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

-Tracking and tracing all shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery -Communicating with customers and carriers to provide updates on shipment status -Dispatching drivers and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient delivery -Maintaining accurate records of all shipments and dispatches -Preparing reports on shipment and dispatch activities -Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures -Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent -Experience in logistics or transportation industry -Strong communication and organizational skills -Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite -Experience with dispatching software preferred
