Job Title: SDR / Shipper Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SDR / Shipper Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers and converting them into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify and qualify sales leads, and convert them into clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Develop a deep understanding of the logistics industry
- Continuously stay up to date with industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:
- Ability to call new shipper prospects to determine if they ship freight and volume and reach the decision maker.
- Excellent at using McLeod, Ring Central, and other similar tools.
- Proven experience in an Inside Sales position, conducting follow-ups on behalf of the sales representative.
- Prior experience in US Freight Logistics and Transportation Sales is beneficial but not required.
