The Operations Rep will be responsible for managing logistics activities for one of our clients and will be working at Valoroo's Belize City Office. . This includes coordinating transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in working with business to business (B2B) environments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics operations a logistics company - Coordinate transportation and distribution activities
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and accuracy of shipment details
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, logistics OR related business field (e-commerce, marketing, finance, IT, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills - Familiarity with using business software and web-based systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Intermediate Proficiency or greater in Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools (e.g spreadsheets)
- Knowledge of logistics is a plus, however Valoroo will invest in logistics training for the right candidate
