Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Belize City Office. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels. Your duties will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in customer service or in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools - Fluent in English and Spanish
