Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Carrier Sales/Track and Trace Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing carrier relationships and tracking and tracing shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with carriers
- Negotiate rates and services with carriers
- Ensure on-time delivery of shipments by tracking and tracing
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status
- Resolve any issues related to carrier services or shipment delays
- Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved in the shipment process

Requirements:

- Proficient in Booking Loads, Monitoring Truck Movements, Rescheduling Appointments, Modifying Confirmations, and Resolving any issues.
- Skilled with utilizing Truckstop, DAT, and Aljex platforms.
- Strategic relationship development with key carriers and stakeholders.
- Experience in negotiations with Carriers and onboarding Carrier Packets/compliance.
