We are seeking a motivated and experienced Carrier Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with carrier partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of freight.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new carriers to expand the company's carrier network
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with carriers
- Manage relationships with carriers, ensuring they meet service level agreements and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment delivery
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- Have an experience in carrier sales or logistics
- Robust freight brokerage knowledge, mainly in FTL and Drayage.
- Strategic relationship development with key carriers and stakeholders.
- Experience in negotiations with Carriers and onboarding Carrier Packets/compliance.
- Strong negotiation & problem-solving skills.
