Job Description

Position Summary

Responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining customer documentation in accordance with customer requirements. Ensures documentation accuracy through final review prior to submission, supports management system improvements, and performs process audits.

Key Responsibilities

Create and revise Operation & Maintenance Manuals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Track project status and coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams to gather required information.
Maintain documentation progress reports and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Perform final quality screening of documentation before customer release.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and conduct process audits.
Fulfill documentation requests from customers and project managers.
Conduct onsite customer training using prepared manuals, including maintaining training records and documentation.
Travel domestically and internationally as required (including overnight travel).

Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred.
Working knowledge of customer interface processes.
Experience with automotive OEMs (Ford, FCA, GM) and Tier-1 suppliers preferred.
Knowledge of ISO standards and APQP practices required.

Skills
Proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere.
Strong technical reading comprehension.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
