Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Contract Electrician 1 to join our team in Sterling Heights, Michigan. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and abilities:

- Technical Understanding: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

- Communication Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Must be capable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

- Mathematical Proficiency: Strong capability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

- Instruction Interpretation: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities:

- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repair work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an electrician or relevant role.
- Valid electrician's license or certification.
