Job Description

The Process Engineer develops manufacturing plans based on customer product specifications. This role involves process development, system layout, process verification, cycle time analysis, ergonomic evaluations, and equipment selection. The Process Engineer interprets automotive drawings, works with simulation operators to verify processes, and ensures safety and environmental compliance. The position also includes progress reporting, quoting, and continuous improvement activities.

Experience

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, write reports, and speak effectively with groups.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply advanced math concepts to tasks like data analysis and statistical techniques.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, and interpret complex instructions.

Physical Demands:
The employee must use hands for tasks, occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and have good vision (close, color, and peripheral vision). The role requires standing, walking, and sitting.
