Job Description

The role will be for a Field Service Technician to work in North Carolina. Carrying out Training in Canada for 6 weeks from end of Feb until April 2025 on new purpose-built machines that will be installed at the client’s premises. The training will involve learning about the machines, debugging, forward installation of the machines and onsite support. The machines will need to be installed in the client premises in April, The engineers will spend 8 months on the client sites. The client has additional work in Canada at the present time, as such they will be happy to start engineers that can start earlier (Jan). All of the candidates will need to have Canadian visas to work in Canada. Valknut Automation will assist with the Canadian Visas, if you are successful following the interview we will begin the process for your visa which will take approximately 4 weeks. The installation will need both mechanical and electrical knowledge as the machines will need to be powered on once installation is complete to carry out the necessary debugging that is required.
