Job Description: Contract Controls Engineer

Location: Costa Rica

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Controls Engineer to join our team in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC programming, robot programming, and experience with Siemens, TIA Portal, and Step 7.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PLC programs for automated systems.
- Design, program, and troubleshoot robot systems.
- Utilize Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7 for programming and configuration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and functionality.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and optimization.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in PLC programming and robot programming.
- Proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal and Step 7.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Duration: Contract position with the possibility of extension based on project needs.
