We are seeking a dedicated RN Manager for our Med/Surg unit in Wilson, NC. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Med/Surg unit
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory standards
• Manage and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Implement and evaluate evidence-based practices

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure (NC/Multistate)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Proven experience with Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
