Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize surgical procedures and patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license to practice in the state of Kentucky or a compact state license.
- Progressive leadership experience of 3+ years in surgical services or related healthcare field.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a dynamic healthcare environment.
