We offer a competitive base salary of USD $152,755 to $241,155, with additional opportunities for compensation like shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, and bonuses. As the Cath Lab Nursing Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery of high-quality nursing care and the administrative management of multiple nursing units and/or over 80 FTEs on a 24-hour basis. You will fulfill all duties and responsibilities associated with a unit manager position, guiding and empowering your team to achieve excellence in patient outcomes.
