Job Description:
We seek a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Palm Springs, CA area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with frail or elderly populations and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to clients, focusing on improving their ability to perform daily activities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members preferred.
- Registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of California.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program meeting AOTA and ACOTE standards.
