We seek a visionary Divisional Director of Inpatient Pharmacy to lead and inspire our dedicated team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing patient care, driving operational excellence, and shaping the future of pharmacy services across the division.

In this dynamic role, you will:

- Lead with impact: Oversee all aspects of inpatient pharmacy operations, including staff development, budget management, and quality initiatives.

- Drive innovation: Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and enhance the patient experience.

- Champion growth: Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

- Shape the future: Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of innovative pharmacy services that align with the evolving needs of our patients and the healthcare landscape.

- Demonstrate financial acumen: Prepare departmental budgets and conduct monthly reviews to identify areas for improvement. Assist in the development of business plans, pro formas, and budgets for assigned projects in conjunction with other project teams.

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Pharmacy degree required; Master's degree in healthcare administration preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience in an academic and inpatient setting.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- SC State Pharmacist License or eligible for licensure within 6 months of hire.
