Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team in Northwestern Arizona. The ideal candidate will possess a Medical Laboratory Scientist certification by ASCP or AMT, a degree in medical laboratory science or a related field, and at least 1 year of experience as an MT or CLS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex laboratory tests and analyses.
- Interpret and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information.

Qualifications:
- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) certification by ASCP or AMT.
- Degree in medical laboratory science or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS).
