Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA) to join our surgical team at our 140-bed medical center in Lewiston, Idaho.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of perioperative RN experience and be licensed (or licensure eligible and willing to obtain via endorsement) to practice as a Registered Nurse by the State of Idaho or a compact license state. CNOR certification is required. The candidate must also provide documentation of completion of an RNFA course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes during surgery.
- Perform preoperative and postoperative patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of perioperative RN experience.

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of surgical procedures.
