Director of Nursing Emergency Services
Summary
Responsible for managing department functions to facilitate effective and efficient operation. To maximize patient’s level of comfort and function.
Pay Range: $128,960 - $205,920
Location: San Juaquin Valley of Central California.
Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
Required: Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN.
Preferred: MSN or master’s in a health care related field.
Experience:
Required:
- 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
- Current State of California license
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with progressive leadership
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Mobile Intensive Care Nurse (MICN) within 1 year of hire
