• Salary: Up to $190,000 DOE

Are you a dedicated nursing professional with a passion for leadership and patient care? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to join our team at a 59-bed acute primary care facility in Joshua Tree, CA. This is a permanent, full-time onsite position offering a competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation assistance and bonus eligibility.

As the Director of Nursing, you will:

• Administer the nursing program in alignment with the CNO/COO to maintain high standards of patient/resident care.
• Advise management, patient/resident care staff, and the hospital CEO on nursing service matters.
• Recommend and revise policies, develop organizational structures, and set performance standards.
• Interpret nursing service policies and objectives to staff and community groups.
• Develop budgets, integrate with hospital guidelines, and comply with Balanced Score Card targets.

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• 5 years of experience as an RN in a SNF or acute care setting
• 3 years of experience as a nurse manager or director
• Current RN License
• Current CPR certification
