This full-time day shift position offers a unique opportunity to lead in a state-of-the-art acute-care hospital known for its exceptional pediatric and OB/Emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure meticulous attention to detail and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Manage and oversee medical/surgical and telemetry units, ensuring optimal patient care.
• Handle high patient volumes efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
• Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and patients.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills for various administrative tasks.
• Apply a solid understanding of English, grammar, and punctuation in all communications.
• Perform calculations for proportions, percentages, BSA, circumference, and volume.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in medical/surgical and telemetry acute care settings.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• American Heart Association Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certification.
• Valid California Professional Nursing License.
