Location: Las Vegas, NV
Position Type: Full-time, onsite

Responsible for the 24-hour management of the cardiac cath lab and interventional radiology lab assuring patient care meets the standard of care.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate must be in a director-level role in a large acute care facility. The candidate must have experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive management experience required
- Current RN license in the State of Nevada (licensing by endorsement is quick & easy)
- Current BCLS Certification
- Experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology
- Previous Management Experience - Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Master's Degree required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient care
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance service quality
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize patient care and workflow
- Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements to ensure the highest level of care
