Base Salary - USD $136,739 to $198,286
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Minimum 3 years of Acute Care Nursing Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required / Master’s Degree preferred
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of California
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize unit performance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall patient outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, addressing any issues promptly
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes
