Location: El Paso, Texas

We are a full-service, acute-care hospital in El Paso, Texas. We have a Level II trauma designation and have 300+ patient beds.

Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent Cardiac Cath Lab Director to oversee the daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and extensive experience in cardiac care.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited nursing school with a bachelor's degree in a health care related field or a BSN required.
- MSN or master’s in a health care related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
- Registered Nurse with an active TX (or compact state) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Cath Lab staff.
- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Manage budget and resource allocation effectively.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
