Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent Director of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and prior inpatient behavioral health/psychiatric health leadership experience.

The ideal candidate must hold a current unencumbered WA license or compact license to practice by the State Board of Nursing. The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing staff, ensure the highest quality of patient care, and implement and maintain clinical policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior inpatient behavioral health/psychiatric health leadership experience
- Current unencumbered WA license or compact license to practice by the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the nursing staff and daily operations of the nursing department
- Ensure the highest quality of patient care and adherence to clinical policies and procedures
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and standards of care
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation
