Job Description:
We are seeking a permanent Director of Med/Surg, ICU to lead our dynamic team at our small acute care hospital in Northeastern Utah. The ideal candidate will possess extensive Med/Surg or ICU nursing experience and a minimum of two years of leadership experience. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing budgets, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:
- Current UT RN license (or compact license) at hire
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

Skills:
- Med/Surg or ICU nursing experience
