Pharmacy Director

Location: Greater Raleigh, NC Area

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all pharmacy operations within the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Monitor and manage pharmacy budget and inventory.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.

Requirements:
- Active License by the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy.
- Hospital-based clinical pharmacy experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Health Association (can be completed before starting the position).
- Management/Supervisor-level work experience is a plus.

Education:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
