**Job Description:**

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Emergency Trauma Services to lead our team in Modesto, California. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a current Registered Nursing license for the state of California, and three to five years of management experience in an emergency or trauma setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the daily operations of the Emergency Trauma Services department.
- Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of nursing and support staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and improve patient care quality and safety.
- Develop and manage the departmental budget.
- Stay current with advancements in emergency and trauma care.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Registered Nursing (RN) license for the state of California.
- Three to five years of management experience in emergency or trauma services.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR).
