Lexington Facial & Oral Surgery is looking to add a new associate for growth in the fall of 2028. Located in Lexington, SC, nestled between the west side of beautiful Columbia and the the southern banks of Lake Murray, Dr. Patrick Scioscia has built a tremendously successful and busy practice in this ideal location. As the practice has continued to grow and flourish, Dr. Scioscia and his team are ready to bring in a new surgeon to ultimately succeed Dr. Scioscia’s position and carry on the legacy of LFOS. Their state-of-the-art office is more than accommodating for both patients and surgeons alike and the doctors are ready to set their new associate up for long-term success in the area.

The facility is a beautiful, free-standing location that was built around the needs of an OMFS practice. The practice handles a wide variety of cases, which include a good bit bread & butter cases along with implant surgery. New surgeons will have mentorship offerings and exposure to all these types of cases, and will also have the opportunity to set their own course and focus on the types of surgeries that they would want to make their career on.

This is a rare opportunity for a young surgeon to come in and put down roots running an established and highly reputable practice. As this is a competitive market, the ideal candidate will be outgoing, willing to work alongside our local and regional marketing teams to further grow their referral base and strengthen ties in the community. They should be motivated, a strong team leader, and focused on patient care along with honing their surgical skills. Dr. Scioscia will be helping to guide the new associate surgeon along their journey to help them establish their reputation in the community early on, while USOSM alleviates the pressure of running a business, freeing the surgeon to focus on their patients and skills.
