We have a rare chance for a surgeon to take over a fully-scheduled, turnkey office in central Pennsylvania and shape it into the practice you've always wanted to lead.

This well-respected practice has operated successfully for many years. Our current surgeon partner is planning to retire, and we're seeking a new surgeon to step in and make the practice their own. The office, experienced staff, and strong patient volume will stay in place—leaving plenty of room for you to introduce improvements such as updated aesthetics, new equipment, or other enhancements.

The free-standing office is located just across the river west of Hershey, PA, in a convenient spot near the Highway 76/83 corridors with easy access from all directions. It features four fully equipped operatories (with space for a third) and serves a loyal patient base, primarily Medicare and Medicaid, with consistently strong performance year after year.

You'll start with an immediately busy schedule and the flexibility to adjust case mix, weekly hours, or other aspects to fit your preferred style and goals.
