This is a turnkey opportunity for a new OMS surgeon to join an established practice and benefit from incredible mentorship with Dr. Harold Kennedy and Dr. Robin Ardoin. The current surgeons are looking to introduce a new associate to the market that will ultimately be the successor for OFSC in the coming years. Dr. Kennedy and Dr. Ardoin will provide guidance and assistance with referral introductions and in the general community.

With decades of experience, both Louisiana natives have established OFSC as a benchmark in the oral surgery profession in south-central Louisiana. Their practice has two amazing locations - both offices are 3,000+ sq ft. - in Lafayette and Opelousas, and OFSC is renowned for its stellar reputation and commitment to patient care, making it one of the most trusted practices in the state.

OFSC prides itself on offering full-scope oral surgery services ranging from extractions and implants to trauma treatment and sleep apnea solutions. Our skilled team also specializes in bone grafting, dental implants, and the management of TMJ disorders, facial pain, and injuries. Our dedicated staff is trained in I.V. sedation and general anesthesia, all performed in a state-of-the-art medical facility. Active community involvement and taking calls at local hospitals are core components of our practice, reflecting our commitment to serving the Lafayette community.

The partners are looking for a highly motivated, skilled, and ambitious individual who is passionate about patient care and ready to take ownership of the practice. Drs. Ardoin and Kennedy are eager to share their expertise and provide dedicated mentorship to help bolster your career in this region. Candidates must hold board certification (or have plans to obtain it) to be considered for this position.
