About the Role

As a Digital Content Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing and optimizing digital content across product pages, campaign landing pages, and other web experiences. You'll collaborate with strategists, designers, and technology partners to ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the brand while delivering an intuitive, high-performing customer experience. If you love balancing content, design, and data to drive measurable results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

• Create, update, and maintain engaging digital content across product pages, campaign landing pages, and other website experiences.
• Ensure all digital content aligns with brand standards, visual identity, and messaging guidelines.
• Own website updates and content publishing to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Add, test, and optimize new products and digital content to support business goals.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve user engagement, conversions, and overall site effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to enhance website performance.
• Analyze website metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Partner closely with strategists, designers, developers, and other cross-functional teams to execute digital initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences.
• Thrive in an agile environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

What You Bring

• Experience managing website content, product pages, and digital marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of content management systems (CMS) and website publishing best practices.
• Experience optimizing website performance through testing and analytics.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to balance creativity with analytical thinking to improve digital experiences.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and digital innovation.
