About the Role

We're looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer who can transform marketing strategies into compelling visual storytelling. In this role, you'll partner closely with marketing managers, copywriters, project managers, production teams, and other creative professionals to develop engaging campaigns that strengthen the brand and connect with audiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of projects, and loves bringing creative concepts to life from start to finish.

This is a 3–6 month contract opportunity. Because business needs naturally ebb and flow, we're looking for someone who is adaptable and comfortable with changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets across digital and print marketing channels.
• Lead medium to complex creative projects from concept through final production.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and cross-functional creative teams to execute strategic marketing briefs.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently applied throughout every stage of development.
• Mentor and provide guidance to fellow graphic designers.
• Coordinate design production while maintaining quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Conduct photo shoots and create original artwork to support marketing initiatives.
• Prepare production-ready files and perform preflight reviews for print accuracy.
• Partner with print vendors and production teams to ensure technical excellence.
• Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously elevate creative work.
• Support additional creative projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, including experience in a corporate B2B environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with AI tools, Workfront, and Canto is preferred.
• Motion graphics, storyboarding, and video experience are a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and production design.
• Knowledge of four-color print production and prepress processes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work onsite two days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) at the Mendota Heights headquarters.
