We are on the search for a Contract Website Strategist to join our healthcare client’s digital team. 6+ month hybrid contract in Bloomington, MN.

THE ROLE
As the Website Strategist, you'll partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, IT, and Digital to help shape and execute website strategies that support business objectives and customer experience goals. You'll contribute to the development of consumer-focused digital experiences by applying audience insights, website best practices, and continuous optimization strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll help drive website initiatives that improve user experiences and support organizational goals by:
- Supporting the development and execution of website strategies and roadmaps
- Coordinating intake, prioritization, and planning of website initiatives
- Partnering with UX, content, marketing, and technology teams to deliver website enhancements
- Monitoring website performance and identifying opportunities through analytics and user insights
- Translating business and customer needs into website recommendations and improvements
- Supporting integration of website experiences across campaigns, email, search, and other digital channels
- Contributing to website governance, content standards, and quality expectations
- Staying current on digital trends and best practices to inform recommendations
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, User Experience, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in website strategy, digital channel management, or web experience management
- Experience working within cross-functional or matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting digital initiatives, roadmaps, or channel priorities
Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of website strategy, content strategy, and user-centered design principles
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and website governance practices
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and performance optimization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Experience translating business objectives and user needs into digital solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working within a regulated environment
- Ability to balance day-to-day execution with strategic contribution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
- Experience supporting consumer-facing digital experiences
- Exposure to website redesigns or CMS implementations
- Experience with roadmap planning and intake processes
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), privacy, and compliance best practices
- Certifications in UX, Content Strategy, Digital Analytics, Agile, or Product Management are a plus
